I.C.E. Carnival has quickly grown to be DC Caribbean Carnival's premier all-inclusive masquerade band. Each year, we have been blessed to have a wide cross-section of masqueraders join us for the DC Carnival parade. For each of them, we’re more than a band, we’re family!

In 2005, I.C.E. Entertainment and Arious Entertainment took on a mas section in the DC Caribbean Carnival with the band Jackie & Associates. In 2006, I.C.E Carnival was born and went solo and brought a new sense of artistic excellence to the Carnival proceedings with the all-inclusive band called, Royal Fantasy. Since then, we’ve produced A Tribute to Dance in 2007 and our 2008 presentation, When East Meets West. Join us for DC Caribbean Carnival on June 27th 2009 as we have a time chipping and wining down Georgia Avenue with our All-Inclusive Presentation "Legends of the Rainbow Warriors"
Legend of the Rainbow Warriors is a story of the culture, and unity of an ancient people. Each colorful section represents a segment of the Rainbow Warrior culture that was key to their daily existence.
